This new collection starts with a beautiful design and then just keeps getting better! The mixture of cheese and fruit or other flavors is spot on. We were able to differentiate each flavor as described. There are wine pairing suggestions for each variety. Exquisite!
Chef Delphin made the class so much fun. We made several different flavors of macarons that we were able to take home with us. I feel a little more confident in my macaron abilities. A very fun time!
The class I took on Wednesday, October 9, was excellent. I learned a lot. I enjoyed every step we did in class. Very well planed. Easy to follow. Each team were very nice and we help each other. Thank you for the booklet with the recipes. I can't wait for the next class I'll take. Olga Forbes
